Salad Ingredients:
2 cans of chickpeas – drained and rinsed
1 small red onion – finely diced
2 stalks celery – finely diced
1 tsp. chopped garlic
¼ cup Antonio’s Hot Pepper Rings – finely diced
¼ cup Antonio’s Pepperoncini – finely diced
1 tbs. rosemary – chopped
Dressing Ingredients:
2 tbs. red wine vinegar
4 tbs. olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, onions, celery, garlic, both peppers, and rosemary.
2. Toss to incorporate all ingredients.
